Clean rooms for special cleanliness requirements
STÜKEN operates class 7 cleanrooms certified to ISO 14644-1 and EU GMP Class C guidelines, giving us a special position as a supplier of precision parts in your supply chain.
Technical cleanliness in compliance with VDA 19 and ISO 16232
Many of our customers use products with special cleanliness requirements in their applications. Even when designing the tool, STÜKEN places great emphasis on reduced burr formation and optimized edges and surfaces. Depending on your requirements, we offer you a variety of additional finishing processes.
A particularly high level of cleanliness can be ensured and monitored utilizing the facilities of our world class cleanroom. We check and verify the quality in our own laboratory with automatic particle evaluation or gravimetry in accordance with VDA 19 and ISO 16232.
