Machining processes complement our core competencies

As a technology leader in the area of precision deep-drawn and stamped and formed parts, we strive to manufacture the parts in as few steps as possible, even with complex geometries. However, there are times and special cases when we, too, reach the limits of what is practicable in the area of our core competences, and then we turn to the machining technology sector for supplementary machining processes.

In most cases, STÜKEN develops parts in such a way with our customers that the geometry from the tool fulfills the requirements for assembly and function. However, if a machining operation is required, we also offer this service, which makes it possible to realize certain sharp-edged geometries and tight tolerances. We have modern facilities for turning, milling, tapping and cutting as complementary processes for deep drawing, stamping and bending.
